SPORTIME at ProHEALTH is a unique joint venture between ProHEALTH Care Associates, LLP and SPORTIME featuring more than 15,000 square feet of new, state-of-the-art health and wellness facilities designed for comfort, privacy and maximum member attention. Features include strength, selectorized and cardio fitness areas, a dedicated personal training studio, a group exercise studio with Exerflex shock absorption technology, dedicated yoga and cycling studios, luxurious locker rooms with steam and sauna, a wellness spa, a nursery, member lounge areas and more.
Nutritional counseling is available on-site, and Physical Therapy and Chiropractic services, as well as a full range of other primary and specialized medical services are available at ProHEALTH’s neighboring offices - from pediatrics to geriatrics; from cardiology to podiatry; from an echo-cardiogram to an MRI using the newest, state-of-the-art equipment. Virtually all of a member’s health and wellness needs can be met in a single location.

SPORTIME at ProHEALTH is open year-round:
- Mon-Fri: 5:30AM - 10:00PM
- Sat-Sun: 7:00AM - 6:00PM
On the following holidays, we are open from 7:00am to 1:00pm: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day, New Year's Eve Day and New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Directions:
Take the Long Island Expressway (495) to exit 34. Go south at the first traffic light. Cross over the Northern State Parkway and continue south about 300 feet. Turn right into the Lake Success Quadrangle. Bear right to Delaware Drive and make a left. SPORTIME at ProHEALTH is located a few blocks south of the LIE, exit 34, in the ProHEALTH complex.
