Military Abs: Beginning September 7th. Tuesdays at 8pm with Stacy. This current Olympiad will show you how to strenghten and maximize the core using resistance balls, weights, and your own body weight.
Kettlebell: Beginning September 17th. Fridays at 7am with Jodie. Learn the basics of kettlebell lifting while getting a great workout. Combinations of strength, cardio, endurance and total body coordination are included in this unique workout. Come for the challenge and be ready to sweat!
Yoga Flow: Beginning September 24th. Fridays at 10:30 with Liz. Increase strength, flexibility and muscle tone in this class which is designed to bring balance to the body and mind while actively moving through a sequential flow of postures, coupled with breath work and meditation for a complete mind-body experience.
