TAI CHI

Chinese martial arts that blend together physical and mental energies using flexible and continuous movement, promoting serenity. Improves balance and agility and reduces stress. SPIN / CYCLE

A high intensity class in which you ride a stationary bicycle with music playing while an instructor guides and encourages you to work up to your full potential.  SPORTIME offers a variety of great spin /cycle classes that include basic cycling for beginners, interval cycling for a more intense workout, and spin / cylce fusion which incorporates cardio training with body sculpting exercises. 

STEP AEROBICS

CARDIO TRAINING

CARDIO KICK BOXING

An energizing, explosive, powerful fat burning workout cnsisting of punches, jabs, kicks and drills to emphasize muscular endurance and strength, using bags, ropes, weights, balls-anything! For a more hands on experience, try "Cardio Combat". This great class utilizes the fundamentals of boxing, circuit training, martial arts and aerobic moves that focus on strength, power, speed, balance and endurance. CARDIO DANCE

BODY SCULPTING

CORE TRAINING

Weights, bars, benches put into action. Feel the functional benefit of resistance training. PILATES

Exercises based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. These are a series of stretching and strengthening exercises which develop abdominal and back strength, help alignment and increase flexibility. YOGA

Uses breathing to release tension and improve awareness. Slow postures and upbeat movement work on strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. The mind-body connection is key to any sport training.  SPORTIME offers a variety of yoga classes for members to enjoy.  Beginners can enjoy "Vinyasa Yoga" to learn the basic poses and improve endurance and flexibiltiy. YOGALATES

A fusion of Yoga and Pilates. Intense core conditioning utilizing traditional Yoga postures and relaxation techniques.
