YOUTH fitness is a brand new SPORTIME program designed to introduce young athletes to a curriculum promoting weight-loss, flexibility, strength, nutrition and overall health. This innovative program combines age-appropriate equipment and activities to make fitness fun! Our expert instructors carefully instruct participants while challenging them to reach their fitness goals. This is a terrific program for young athletes, deconditioned children and kids who are new to fitness!

SPEED & AGILITY

Speed & Agility for young athletes features intense training exercises that develop explosive power, dynamic movement, speed, footwork, coordination and overall enhanced athletic performance. Activiites include plyometrics, sprint drills, directional change and maximum speed drills. This program is ideal for young athletes interested in enhancing their athletic performance for participation in school team sports or recreational sports play.

MARTIAL ARTS

Sportime's expert instructers teach children the art of self defense. The benefits of this type of discipline include improved self-esteem, self-assurance and confidence.

JUNIOR ATHLETIC CONDITIONING

We call is "JAC" and it's for the 9-14 year olds who have a strength base and are reasonably fit. JAC teaches them proper exercise techniques while developing overall strength and fitness through basic exercises and calisthenics, helping kids burn fat and build muscle. Push-ups, sit-ups, movement drills and other fun exercises are all part of this unique curriculum, implemented by our professional personal trainers.

MISC. YOUTH FITNESS

Sportime's amazing fitness classes for Tweens, ages 8 to 14, at the Hamptons... four different classes are offered each week and student make take all four every week. All instructors are certified!
