SPORTIME VBC is dedicated to providing young athletes, aged 7-18, with a comprehensive and engaging training program. Led by top volleyball coaches on Long Island, our program offers a balance of fun and competition, creating an optimal learning environment. Players receive individual and team-based training, preparing them for local, regional, and national competitions. Throughout this process, they develop essential life skills such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and conflict resolution. Our ultimate goal is to mentor and push players to achieve their full potential, both on and off the court.

Competitive Travel Teams: Ages 11-18 / Grades 6-12 Travel teams practice a minimum of 2-3 times per week throughout the club season. Each two-hour practice consists of circuit training to teach and develop skills, as well as 6 vs. 6 team training to prepare for competitions. Teams compete in a number of local, regional and national tournaments, with schedules determined by age and team level. During travel events that require hotel stays, players must stay with their parents. * All players receive a VBC Gear package that includes team jerseys, spandex, warm-up pants and pullover, jacket or sweatshirt and backpack. Hybrid Teams: Ages 14-16 / Grades 8-10 Players in our Hybrid program train one time per week. Each two-hour practice will consist of circuit training to teach and develop skills, as well as 6 vs. 6 team training to prepare for competitions. Traditionally, Hybrid teams participate in approximately 4-5 local tournaments and 1 travel tournament during the club season. During travel events that require hotel stays, players must stay with their parents. |

Developmental Hybrid Program: Ages 12-13 / Grades 5-7 Players in our Developmental Hybrid program train two times per week during the months of September, October and November, and one time per week from December through the end of April. Each two-hour practice will consist of circuit training to teach and develop skills, as well as 6 vs. 6 team training to prepare for competitions. Developmental Hybrid teams participate in approximately 3-4 local tournaments and 1 travel tournament during the club season. During travel events that require hotel stays, players must stay with their parents. 13 Black & 13 White: 2 practices per week from mid-September through the end of November, then 1 practice per week on Sunday mornings from December through April 2024. 2023-2024 Program Fee: $2,350 *to be paid in 5 installments |

Future Stars Developmental Program: Ages 10-14 / Grades 5-8 Our Future Stars Developmental program is designed to introduce young players to competitive volleyball. Coaches focus on teaching skill technique, court positioning, game strategy and FUN! Future Stars have team practice on Sunday mornings from 9:00am-11:00am and an optional skills training session on Friday evenings from 5:00pm-6:00pm. Players will participate in several structured intramural matches during the club season. All Future Stars players also receive a VBC Gear Package that may include practice shirts, pullover and backpack. VBC at Kings Park SPORTIME VBC is proud to offer additional VBC teams programs at our Kings Park location. These programs offer Suffolk County players the ability to train and compete closer to home, during the club season. Players must attend separate tryouts for this program at our SPORTIME Kings Park location. Instructional Clinics: Ages 7-17 For players who may not be ready or interested in a more intense competitive team program, our instructional clinics are a great way to improve skills and enjoy the game of volleyball. Private Training - All Ages & Levels SPORTIME VBC provides expert private instruction for boys and girls who are interested in receiving special one-on-one attention. Coaches help players focus on specific areas they can improve upon, including skill execution, court positioning and game strategy. Private Instruction is an excellent way to focus on specific skills, gain valuable feedback and receive a high number of skill repetitions.
