Our VBC Regional program provides boys, ages 15-18, with an opportunity to train and compete with a less intensive schedule. Regional teams train one time per week and each two-hour practice consists of circuit training to teach and develop skills, as well as 6 vs. 6 team training to prepare for competitions. Regional teams participate in approximately 2-3 local tournaments tournaments throughout the club season.
