Guilherme De Medeiros

Originally from Brazil, Guilherme De Medeiros was a top-ranked junior tennis player, achieving a top-20 ranking in singles and a top-10 ranking in doubles. He began his collegiate career at Lewis-Clark State College (NAIA) before transferring to Hawai‘i Pacific University. He helped The Sharks reach the NCAA national semifinals, secure third place at the ITA Team National Indoors, and achieve a top-3 NCAA national ranking. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, and was recognized as an ITA Scholar-Athlete every year. Guilherme earned his MBA while competing for Long Island University, an NCAA Division I program in New York. During this time, he also worked at Sportime Syosset. Since the summer of 2021, he has been with Sportime Amagansett. Currently, Guilherme is the Head Coach for both the men’s and women’s tennis teams at the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo, a top NCAA Division II program.
