SPORTIME Westchester Guidelines

We have created the following policies and guidelines for SPORTIME's Westchester clubs, to be followed until further notice, designed to ensure the safest, smoothest, experience for members and staff during this challenging time.  These guidelines, and our Global Guidelines, will be updated on an ongoing basis, as we receive new information and directives from governmental and other health agencies and organizations, and based on our experience navigating this “new normal”.  While some might view certain protocols as overly cautious, SPORTIME may choose to maintain them, in spite of prevailing guidance, if they make our members, customers and/or staff feel safer and more comfortable.

Please note that SPORTIME's primary and most important guidelines and protocols are contained in our comprehensive Global Guidelines; we strongly encourage you to review them carefully and in their entirety before reviewing club-specific guidelines. The club-specific guidelines are designed only to indicate where a club's protocols differ from our corporate standard, and/or to provide additional detail.

Notwithstanding all the precautions that SPORTIME will take, due to the nature of the virus, the risk of contracting COVID-19 remains, as we are all aware.  Please be safe, respect others and follow all of the precautions, protections and protocols put in place during this COVID-19 epidemic.

Club Specific Details

  • All adult players, junior players (other than group program participants who will be checked in on court), parents/guardians of junior players and guests must check-in at reception.  No exceptions.   • Hourly court-time and private tennis lessons must be reserved in advance: For Harbor Island, please call 914-777-5050 or email: for Lake Isle, please call 914 777-5151 or by email. Adult and junior players must register for group programs in advance online or by submitting an application - click here for Harbor Island; click here for Lake Isle. Lake Isle only, advanced reservations are also required for JMTA group athletic training and vision training; please email Marcio Souza, SPORTIME's prevailing cancellation policies apply.  
  • New traffic flow patterns, to avoid physical distancing issues as players move about the premises, have been established. Signage identifying these patterns, and providing reminders about physical distancing, wearing protective face coverings, and more, has been affixed throughout the clubs.
  • We must, unfortunately, ask that you please limit your social time at the clubs until further notice

Additional Club Tennis Details

  • Court-time is offered, by reservation, in 60, 90 and 120 min blocks, from 8am-10pm, 7 days a week.
  • Members may book courts up to 7-days in advance. Associates/non-members may book 2-days in advance.
  • Cancellations/changes are allowed until 24-hours prior to a court time booking (cancellation policy applies).
  • Members' guests are welcome.
