James Hourihan

James, originally from Leicester, England, began playing tennis at the age of four, and competed in USTA tournaments as a junior. Beginning in 2020, he attended Manhattanville University, where he played #1 singles and #1 doubles for the men’s tennis team for all four years. He was named Skyline Conference Rookie of the Year as a freshman after going 6-1 at #1 singles and 5-2 at #1 doubles. As a sophomore, he led the team to a Skyline Conference title, and was a First Team All-Skyline selection in each of his four seasons. James earned a bachelor’s degree in sports studies from MU in 2024, and joined the SPORTIME team later that year.
