JMTA COLLEGE RECRUITING COMBINE APPLICATION FORM

Please complete all required fields, submit the entry form and remit the entry fee as outlined below. Applicants not accepted for participation in the 2023 JMTA College Recruiting Combine will have their entrance fees refunded. Applicants who are accepted into the Combine, but choose to not participate, must notify us prior to June 2, 2023 to be considered for a refund.

Entry Fees:

SPORTIME Members/Current JMTA Players: $395.00
Non-Members: $525.00.

Discounts are available for applicants with qualifying UTRs: Boys 11.00 and above and Girls 8.00 and above. Discounts are based on actual UTRs, ratings will not be "rounded up".
