Per NYS mandate, face coverings are required for all group exercise participants, at all times, for indoor group exercise classes, but gaiters, Buffs, bandanas and N-95 masks with exhalation valves are not allowed.
To comply with reduced class capacity and health screening requirements, participants must reserve their class spots through the Member Login section of the SPORTIME website from a laptop or desktop computer, or through the MYSPORTIME Mobile App from a mobile device. Inform your instructor if you are taking a class for the first time.
Advise your instructor if you have any relevant medical issues.
Contact your Group Exercise Director if you are in need of Pre/Post-Natal instruction.
If you cannot "keep up" during a class, it is advisable to move to the back of the room so as not to disrupt other participants.
Bring your own water and towel to class.
