Experience the thrill of the SPORTIME Crazy Mixed Up Calcutta, featuring a prize money doubles tournament where players are randomly paired and auctioned to the highest bidder.

Tournament Details:

• Date: Sunday, July 6th, 2025
• Check-in: 10:00 AM
• Categories: 3.5 and above
• Tournament Time: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• Format: Round Robin with Playoffs
• Limited entry: 32 players

Entry Fee:

• Members: $50
• Non-members: $75

What to Expect:

• Team Selection and Handicapping
• Players will be randomly paired and grouped into teams on Friday, July 26th at 5:30 PM, during a Happy Hour event.
• All players will receive a confidential handicap assigned by the Handicap Committee.
• Team handicaps will be calculated by combining partners' handicaps and will be publicly announced just before the auction. The Handicap Committee may make adjustments based on team strength.

Tournament Format:

• The tournament follows a Round Robin format with playoffs.
• Each match consists of a 21-point set, with the match ending at 21-20.
• Winners of each group advance to the playoffs.

Playoffs are determined based on:

• Highest number of wins
• Head-to-head in case of a tie
• Highest number of points in case of a three-way tie
• Starting score is determined by the difference in team handicaps (e.g., a team with a 10 handicap starts with a 5-0 lead against a team with a 5 handicap).
• Each player serves 4 points, with even handicaps starting on the deuce side and odd handicaps starting on the ad side.
  Teams switch sides every 8 points
• Maximum 10-minute break is allowed between rounds

Mulligans Add to the Fun:

A mulligan allows a team to erase and replay the previous point.

Mulligans can be purchased for:

• Round Robin: Maximum 4 mulligans per team at $25 each.
• Semifinals: Maximum 2 additional mulligans per team at $50 each.
• Finals: Maximum 1 additional mulligan at $100 each.
• Unused mulligans can be carried forward, but a team can only have a maximum of 4 unused mulligans at any time.
• All mulligan proceeds contribute to the "Players Pot".

Join us on July 13th for a LIVE BALL clinic followed by the 2025 Wimbledon Men's Finals on the pool deck at 10am. (Women's Final on Saturday July 12th). Enjoy the thrill of tennis's most prestigious finals while indulging in complimentary mimosas, snacks, and the quintessential Wimbledon treat, strawberries and cream.

LIVE BALL style clinic:

• A fast-paced, doubles-focused tennis drill, often involving four players on the court at once, with two on a "champion" side and two on a "challenger" side.
• All levels welcomed!
• Date: Sunday July 13th
• Time: 8:30am to 10am. 
• Entry Fee: complimentary for members. $45/guests. 
• Dress Code: All white if possible!

• Free for SPORTIME Summer Members
• $45/player for Other Memberships

• Mixed Doubles 7.0 - 7.5 
• Mixed Doubles 8.0 - 8.5

Saturday: 

• Round Robin from 10AM to 11:30AM
• Semifinals at 11:30AM

Sunday:
