Helen Lawson
Helen, originally from Fort Plain, NY, earned an associate's degree in computer science from SUNY Cobleskill. She worked in information technology for over 15 years before transitioning into the fitness industry in 2006. Helen became an ACE certified personal trainer in 2007, received her functional movement screen certification in 2017, and earned a Level 3 CrossFit trainer certification in 2020. She owned and operated fitness facilities from 2010 to 2020, before deciding to focus on coaching. Helen joined the SPORTIME team in 2024.
