Education
- B.B.A. in Sports Management, The George Washington University
Courtney Repoli
Courtney, from Staten Island, NY, played on her high school tennis team, serving as captain her senior year, but her engagement with the sport really flourished off the court, starting when she was a student at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. At GW, while completing a five-year Master’s Degree in Tourism Administration with a concentration in Sports Management, she had the opportunity to intern with the Washington Kastles, a World Team Tennis franchise, which led to her full-time employment with the team after graduation. In 2010, Courtney moved back to NY and worked for the NY SPORTIMEs, SPORTIME’s WTT franchise, and then for SPORTIME/JMTA and for the Johnny Mac Tennis Project. After a few years off, during which she became mom to son and a daughter, Courtney rejoined the SPORTIME team in 2020 as Executive Director of Administration and Special Projects. In 2024, she was promoted to Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, a role in which she oversees SPORTIME’s administrative operations and organizational processes, leads Company-wide efforts to improve efficiency and strengthen internal systems, and works closely with the Company’s CEO and COO on new business initiatives and projects.
