Eric Meditz
Eric, a Long Island native originally from Garden City, began playing tennis when he was six years old. He was an elite junior player, achieving a top-50 national ranking. Beginning in 1995, he attended Penn State University, where he captained the men’s tennis team during his junior and senior years, and earned a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management. Following his collegiate career, Eric turned professional, competing against top players such as Justin Gimelstob, James Blake and Max Mirnyi. Eric joined the SPORTIME team in 2005, the JMTA team in 2012, and was promoted to his current position in 2024.
