Career Highlights
- Lead the Men's team to NCAA Sweet 16 and four NCAA appearances. Individually, he was ranked No. 56 in ITA singles and received the 2020 ITA Southern Region Arthur Ashe Leadership & Sportsmanship. Then coached at Wake Forest University men's tennis, helping develop nationally ranked players and guiding three athletes to All-American honors.
Zhe Zhou
Zhe, a native of Tianjin, China, began playing tennis at the age of seven. He was an elite junior player, achieving rankings of #1 in B16 and #4 in B18, and represented China in the Junior Davis Cup. Beginning in 2016, Zhe attended the University of Alabama and led the men's team to the NCAA Sweet 16 and four NCAA tournament appearances. He was ranked No. 56 in ITA singles and received the 2020 ITA Southern Region Arthur Ashe Leadership & Sportsmanship Award. Zhe earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in sports hospitality from Alabama. Beginning in August 2021, he became an assistant coach for the Wake Forest University men's tennis team, where he developed nationally ranked players and helped guide three athletes to All-American honors. Zhe joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in the summer of 2023.
