Philippe is one of the finest tennis instructors in New York. Philippe brings a lifetime of tennis experience as a premier player and coach. He has trained countless nationally and regionally ranked juniors and under his leadership, elevated SPORTIME Schenectady to the Capital Region's top tennis development center.
Rachel is a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh, where she played four years of collegiate tennis and was captain of the team. During her NCAA career, Rachel played number one singles and doubles, and was annually named to the All Academic Team. Rachel continues to play competitively in high level USTA and WTT programs in both singles and doubles. Rachel excels at working with beginning tennis players at all levels (U10, Junior, and Adult) and taking their games to the next level.
Michael (Mike) Amico was a scholar athlete at Siena College, in Loudonville, NY, where he played Division I Tennis from 2009-2012. Mike remains very active in high level competition by organizing and playing on WTT and USTA teams, which have won local and national titles. Mike’s love for competing inspires and motivates the high level junior tennis players he trains and instructs.
Alejo Calvis, a native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, plays D1 Tennis at Alabama State University and is a conference and national champion. Alejo’s energy and enthusiasm for playing high level tennis is channeled into his coaching and on court instruction.
Mislav Colak hails from Croatia, where he's been ranked in the top 20 nationally. He started his college tennis career at Webber International University, and graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where he led his team to conference, regional, and national championship tournaments. Mislav shares his knowledge and passion for the sport every time he steps on court with players.
Brian Bowman had a stellar NCAA career playing No. 1 singles and doubles at the University of Rochester. He later served as Assistant Coach for both the Men's and Women's teams at Rochester University, followed by St. Lawrence University. Since 2016 Brian has served as Head Coach of the Men's and Women's Tennis Teams at Union College growing the talent and depth of the team year after year. Brian conveys his wealth of high level coaching experience with all players he instructs.
Juan 'Camilo' Mira, a native of Medellin, Colombia, is a graduate of the University of The Southwest in Hobbs, New Mexico, where he played NAIA Tennis and also served as the Assistant Men’s Tennis Coach. Camilo's degree in Kinesiology focuses on implementing best practices in fitness and on-court movement with all the players he instructs.
