Hana Sromova
Co-General Manager / Touring Pro, SPORTIME Amagansett and Randall's Island

Hana, a native of Czech Republic, was a top ranked junior tennis player in her home country and competed globally on the ITF and WTA circuits. She turned pro in 1997 and earned 8 ITF singles titles and 35 ITF doubles titles. In 2006, Hana reached her career high WTA rankings of No.87 in the world in singles and No.63 in doubles. Hana competed in the U.S. Open in 2006 and 2008 and reached the second round of the French Open and Australian Open in 2006 and the second round at Wimbledon in 2007. Hana was a member of the NY Sportimes World Team Tennis franchise in 2007 and 2008. After retiring from the WTA Tour in 2008, Hana joined SPORTIME as a teaching professional and Assistant General Manager in Amagansett.

Kim Donohue
Co-General Manager / Camp Administrator, EHSC@SPORTIME Amagansett

Kim Donohue joined the Company in 2018 and is currently Co-General Manager of its Amagansett location. Prior to her current role, Kim was General Manager of East Hampton Sports Camp @ SPORTIME, a position she continues to hold. Before joining the SPORTIME team, Kim was a project manager for a non-profit and a personal chef and event planner. Kim studied Communications at Northeastern University and graduated from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.

Shenay Perry
Assistant GM / Touring Professional

Shenay Perry was a professional player on the WTA Tour for more than a decade, reaching career-high rankings of No.40 in singles and No.97 in doubles, and reaching round of 16 at Wimbledon in 2006. Since retiring from the Tour in 2010, Shenay has coached elite junior players, first at the Evert Academy, and then through her own program. Shenay helped to guide the development of Coco Gauff and Sofia Kenin and, most recently, Kristie Ahn. Shenay joined the management and coaching team at SPORTIME Amagansett in 2021.

Mark Crandall
Camp Co-Director / EHSC@SPORTIME Amagansett

Founder and Co-Director. Founder of Hoops 4 Hope, a non-profit organization dedicated to youth development in southern Africa ( Graduate of the University of Vermont '90 and East Hampton High School '86. Mark lives in Amagansett and his daughters, Zola and Inez, work at camp.

Eric Scoppetta
Camp Co-Director / EHSC@SPORTIME Amagansett

Founder and Co-Director. Teaching experience includes Manhattan Country School, Ethical Culture, Dalton and Bank Street. Graduate of Fordham Law School '96, Cornell University '90 and the Dalton School '86. Eric is a former Assistant District Attorney in New York County. Eric's seventeen year-old daughter, Lucie, is an all-star counselor and his nine year-old son, Nicky, is a happy camper!

Danielle Marshall
Pre-School Director / EHSC@SPORTIME Amagansett

Danielle was born and raised in East Hampton and has been a preschool teacher, swim instructor, ESL teacher and camp counselor. Dani has taught at the Epiphany Community Nursery School and at The Garden House School and is currently teaching Kindergarten at St. Ignatius Loyola in New York City.

Elise Thorsen
Aquatics Director / EHSC@SPORTIME Amagansett and SPORTIME Amagansett

A special needs teacher at John Marshall Elementary School, Elise has decades of experience as a Certified Water Safety Instructor and swimming coach. This is her 8th year as SPORTIME Amagansett's Aquatics Director.

Patrick McEnroe
Director of the John McEnroe Tennis Academy / President, Johnny Mac Tennis Project

As a junior from Douglaston, NY, Patrick reached the semifinals of Wimbledon and the US Open boys' singles in 1983. At Stanford University, Patrick captained NCAA championship teams in 1986 and 1988 and graduated with a degree in political science. On the ATP Tour, Patrick achieved world rankings of No.28 in singles and No.3 in doubles, and won a French Open title in doubles. Patrick was the longest tenured U.S. Davis Cup captain in history, winning the cup in 2007. He was the General Manager of Player Development for the USTA until mid-2015 and joined SPORTIME/JMTA in 2017.

Josep Baro
Director, JMTA Amagansett

Josep, a native of Spain, is the Assistant General Manager and the Assistant Academy Director at SPORTIME Lake Isle, in Westchester. As an undergraduate, he played 4 years for Campbell University on a tennis scholarship, after which he served as graduate assistant head coach for the Men’s and Women’s team. Josep works with players of all ages and levels, including, most recently, with WTA Tour World No. 11, Carla Suarez Navarro. He joined SPORTIME in 2013, worked for a year, left to complete his MBA, and rejoined SPORTIME/JMTA in May 2016.

Gui Jasmin
Director of Tennis

Gui, a native of Brazil, has 18 years of experience as a tennis coach. Gui played collegiate tennis at University of West Florida, helping the Argonauts to achieve a No. 1 NCAA II ranking. Gui’s coaching experience includes his current winter-season position at Montverde Academy in FL, working with Brazil’s current Davis Cup captain, and former World No. 34, Jaime Oncins. He has coached at the collegiate level at his alma mater, University of West Florida, as well as at Clemson University, Middle Tennessee State University and, most recently, at Armstrong State University, where he led the women’s tennis team to an undefeated NCAA title. Guy joined the SPORTIME Amagansett team in spring 2020.

Jonny Fintak
Director of Camp Tennis and U10 Tennis

Jonny was an award-winning member of the men’s tennis team at Methodist University, where he graduated with a degree in Marketing in 2019, with a concentration in tennis management. He coached tennis and pickleball in California, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Beijing, China, before joining the SPORTIME Amagansett team in spring 2020.

Nandor Solymosi
Assistant Director

Originally from Sweden, Stockholm, Nandor was raised in Budapest, Hungary, from the age of 4. A top 10 Men's singles player in Hungary, Nandor trained with the Hungarian Davis Cup Team and played for Lees McRae College in North Carolina. Nandor's coaching and directing includes impressive positions in New York, North Carolina and Florida. Nandor joined the SPORTIME Amagansett team in 2020.

Nelson Escobar
Assistant Director

Nelson, a native of Ecuador, was a top-20 ranked junior player in his home country while training at the Andres Gomez Academy. He moved to the United States in 2004 to play for Union College in Kentucky, where he won two conference championships and the Most Improved Player of the Year Award. He graduated with a degree in business/marketing and management and made the Dean's List in 2007-08. Nelson joined SPORTIME/JMTA in 2012 and has over 10 years of teaching and coaching experience. During the indoor season Nelson is an Assistant Director at SPORTIME Lake Isle, in Westchester.

Tyler Jarvis
Multi-Sport Director / SPORTIME Amagansett Arena

Tyler grew up in East Hampton, playing ice and roller hockey since childhood in PIHA and AIHL D1 leagues across Long Island. Playing D1 at Mt. Sinai, Tyler was ranked 5th in the country for 16-18 year olds. Tyler has been coaching at SPORTIME for 12 years, focusing on hockey, but also coaching basketball, soccer, volleyball and, recently, pickleball.

Andrew Polychroniadis
Soccer Director / EHSC@SPORTIME and SPORTIME Amagansett Arena

Andrew grew up playing soccer in Greece and, at the age of 7, was awarded the Most Valuable Player at the Athens Championship. Soon after, Andrew joined the youth academy of professional sides Panathinaikos F.C. and Panionios F.C, where he eventually captained the U17 and U19 teams. He then signed his first professional contract with Panegialios F.C., before deciding to pursue a student-athlete career in the U.S. A full scholarship athlete, Andrew represented and captained West Virginia Wesleyan College. He joined the SPORTIME Amagansett team in 2021.

While the global health crisis caused by COVID-19 continues to wane, and with more than half of the adults in NYS now fully vaccinated, we look forward to putting the pandemic in our rear view. For now, our focus remains supporting the health and wellbeing of our employees, members and customers.
